Lessons of Love and Respect for Animals in Our Schools

With great joy and enthusiasm, our Animal Welfare Team carried out educational visits to the 2nd Kindergarten of Filiatra, the 2nd Kindergarten of Kyparissia, the 2nd Primary School of Gargalianoi, and the 2nd Primary School of Kyparissia.

The primary aim of our organization is to cultivate respect for animals and promote animal welfare awareness within society, starting from the most sensitive age group — children. We firmly believe that change begins with education, and that through knowledge, understanding, and empathy, we can shape a world that is more humane and just for all living beings.

During our visits, we talked with the children about the basic needs of animals, the proper way to treat them, the responsibility that comes with adoption, and the importance of neutering and caring for stray animals. The children participated actively, asked questions, shared experiences, and proved that they are ready to become young defenders of animals.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the teachers and principals of the schools for their response, cooperation, and tangible support. The role of educators is crucial in the effort to build a more animal-friendly world, and it is our honor to have you as companions in this mission.

Animal welfare education is not a luxury — it is a necessity. That is why we invite the rest of the schools in our area to get in touch with us. We are always available to visit your school units and collaboratively create awareness and educational activities for your students.
